Karnus au Bellona
The eldest and worst of Cassius's brothers: an enormous, smiling, thoroughly murderous officer, and a very good one.
Karnus beats Darrow in the The Academy final with the help of Octavia and the Proctors. In the Summit brawl he kills Leto, and Darrow eventually finds him on the Sovereign's own ship and repays the debt.
