Lilath au Faran
Bonesthe Queen of the Syndicate
A once moon-faced, now cold and burned girl who joins Adrius in the Institute's House Pluto and goes on to make cruelty into a career.
Lilath is the first to follow Adrius in anything that is not merely convenient. The Jackal treats her very well, because nobody else has ever been able to frighten him.
She helps him kill Lorn at the feast closing Golden Son.
She commands the Boneriders, who fashion trophies from the dead. She runs the bombing of Luna when the Jackal cannot, and it takes Darrow and the The Ash Lord to stop her. She is thought dead.
She is not. She has become the queen of the The Syndicate, and she has grown herself a clone of her master.
